Tremont Lodge & Resort Townsend, Townsend

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were quite modern and offered a lot of comfort, there were some significant issues with service and maintenance. The location was peaceful, just outside of the busy areas, but I was disappointed by the lack of staff presence at times. The breakfast was excellent one morning, but there were inconsistencies throughout my stay. Overall, there’s potential here, but improvements are necessary.

My stay at the Tremont Lodge & Resort was quite frustrating. While the location was peaceful and off the busy path, the service left a lot to be desired due to unexpected charges. The cleanliness of the resort, especially in common areas, was disappointing. Overall, I felt like I didn’t get my money's worth, especially considering the condition of the facilities.

Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable with clean rooms and a spacious setup. The hotel is conveniently located near the Townsend Trail, allowing easy access to outdoor activities. However, there are some areas needing improvement, such as outdated bathrooms and furniture that could use an upgrade. Despite these issues, the hotel provided a comfortable experience at a good value for money.

The resort is set amidst beautiful grounds with multiple pools, offering a spacious atmosphere to enjoy. The staff was generally welcoming, quickly addressing our maintenance issue with a smile. However, the room furnishings felt outdated, and the air conditioning was noisy, which made it tough for light sleepers. There's potential here, especially if renovations take place soon.
